If you don?t have all of the following, maybe we can work with what you do have.  We need:

Proof of Income

• Pay Stub within last 30 days with Year To Date Income shown
• Self employed applicants can provide 2 years tax returns
• If you plan to use Child Support as income, we need the court order
• If you have Social Security income, we need your most recent Benefit Letter
• If you are a Military applicant, we need a copy of your L.E.S.

 Proof of Residence

• Copy of your current utility, water, or cable bill.
• Phone bill (land line or cell phone)
